Sunset at Brookings
I guess I am starting at the end. This sunset was the last night of another great time in Brookings with family and friends. I realized that I had been camping here for over 40 years! My parents brought us here to meet up with aunts, uncles cousins and we just kept coming back. Now our kids are coming back. They are contacting cousins and aunts and uncles to get them all together to share in the good times. So, for those of us who joined in on the adventure this year, I thought we could share our pictures and some stories of what we really enjoyed.
We all caught up at Burney Falls and as you can see I kidnapped my sister to make sure she was included in the good times.
Then Rafting on the Rogue
We all were so excited that Jaime and Roger came along. Jaime was the camping guru and there will never be anyone that can outfit a camp kitchen like the one she put up. It was hella cool! I can't wait to share dutch oven recipes, she already passed on some really good ones that I can't wait to try.
